Samshodhan Trust is registered under Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950.  The trust was founded by Dr. Subhash Bhave, in 2011. The following are the trustees of Samshodhan Trust.

2. Dr Sharad Joshi

3. Dr Girish Telang

4. Dr Jayant Panse

5.  Dr Ashwini Sovani 

6.  The Maharashtra Executor and Trustee Co. (P) Ltd,  an associate organisation of Bank of Maharashtra  (Managing Trustee)

Dr Subhash Bhave and Dr Manohar Ingale are the 2 former trustees. 

All trustees hold a Ph.D. in the field of Management. They are all senior teachers with several years of Professional and Academic experience.

The Trust has, besides, a total number of about 70 ‘associates’ who have contributed an amount of Rs. 5000 to Rs. 3,00,000 each toward the corpus of the Trust.  A majority of the associates are senior academicians, hold a PhD in Management, Commerce or Economics and have research interests. They have written, between them, a a few dozen books and numerous research papers. Many of them are approved Ph.D. guides for well-known Universities in India and abroad.  Some are Alumni of reputed management institutes like the IIM’s. 

The Maharashtra Executor and Trustee Co. Pvt. Ltd. (a Subsidiary of Bank of Maharashtra) supervise the administration, as Managers of the Trust.
